EasyAcres is a boutique real estate agency in Dubai. We help clients buy, sell and rent property, and we specialise in off-plan investment. Beyond the deal itself, we coordinate mortgage advice, conveyancing, transfer paperwork and Golden Visa support through trusted partners, so one advisor looks after you from first call to handover.
How is EasyAcres different from larger Dubai agencies?
We are intentionally small: two founders with over a decade in Dubai real estate, both fully hands-on. You work with the same person from start to finish, with no hand-off between a sales agent and a paperwork team, and you get honest advice rather than a volume-driven sales pitch.
Who founded EasyAcres?
EasyAcres was founded by Alishaan Virji and Divij Patwardhan, who are both co-founders and managing directors. They grew up in Dubai and have spent over a decade in its real estate market, through every cycle. Both stay fully hands-on with clients. You can read more about the founders.
Where is EasyAcres based?
Our office is at Office 303, Stadium Point, in Dubai Sports City. You are welcome to meet us there, but you do not have to: most clients work with us remotely, from the first call to the signed contract, by phone, email or WhatsApp. See our contact page for directions.

We work with leading Dubai and UAE developers, including Sobha Realty, Binghatti, DAMAC, Nakheel, Meraas, Ellington, Danube, Deyaar, Arada, Aldar and Dubai Properties. We are not tied to any one developer, so we compare projects on delivery record, payment plan and location before recommending anything.
