Dubailand at a Glance

Dubailand is a large district in the south-east of Dubai, made up of many separate sub-communities such as Majan, Wadi Al Safa, Arjan, Living Legends and Liwan. It is also home to Global Village. Many of its sub-communities are freehold, but not every plot is, so check the specific project before you buy.

Dubailand has become one of Dubai's busiest off-plan areas. Recent launches include projects by Binghatti in Majan and by Aldar, which entered the Dubai market with communities in Wadi Al Safa.
